Bakersfield Police Department Commercial Enforcement sits off the 99 FWY on White Lane and meets there budgetary needs on a weekly basis. I went by today and they had four commercial semis lined up and the ticket book out. Have never seen them stop RVer's.
It's possible they were pulling over rigs for new ELD enforcement.
