You reply is exactly why the USA MFG will never change for the better. Nothing wrong with USA made. It's how it's made in the USA that's important.
Too many buyers are content and not ready for change.
Well for the most part we want them light ,and cheap to tow with the half tons :)
Quality costs, do we want the price tag. Sure we want change ,but can we afford it.
Look at the prices already, and the new trucks. 60K on up for a diesel pickup, plus nearly that for a somewhat decent fifth wheel. A family is looking at $100K plus for truck ,and trailer new.
