Grand Designs are not bad RV's and if you like the floorplan that nobody else has buy one for sure but they are built no better than anybody else both my buddies Solitudes have been in for Warranty work many times but I do agree they have good Customer service,I'm just saying for the money why settle for less features?? And you say Coach-man the other features are just fluff??? old 10in frames, cheap TV's and surround ,cheaper suspension no central vac's etc...That's Fluff??? You are spending 60-70K why settle get the best bang for your buck you can and I myself do want to ADD anything later when it comes spending that kind of cash

Floor Plan is the biggest issue! All the other "features" are fluff! If the floor plan fits your needs, then buy it, the other stuff can be taken care of!! As gar as Grand Design is concerned, they are one of the best RV manufacturer's around! They build a quality product, and back it with world class customer service!
