True enough. And the track record for Grand Design so far has been really good so I wouldn't hesitate to buy one for the right price. I agree that some of the features that should be in them aren't (the rear fiberglass cap is one that I just can't figure out), but overall I think they are a good unit with superb customer service. They sure do sell well from all of the local dealers here.
