Thinking about a TH for full-time
As crazy as it seems, the wife and I are tired of the "rat race". We live in a 2800sf house and only use a couple of rooms. Our eldest son is away in the Navy and our youngest will graduate this year....

Are you crazy, yea probably a little as it's hard to give up our stuff...I'm happy being a half timer. THs did not exist at that time of my RVing life and I do not understand the current fad of bath and a half RVs for two people so I'd probably go with something like the 428...more living area and only a 11' garage. This is big enough for a two person side by side UTV or bedroom for the youngest. I would want to know the details of their "Aluminum Framing"...does that include the roof trusses? Does it have dual pane windows? How many Heat Pumps as you will probably be paying for your own elect...something that big need three ACs in TX.
