I might suggest just downsizing to a small apartment or rental home first before making the big financial jump to a big truck and 5th wheel, to see how that works for you. You might think you can live full-time in a small space, but you don't really know until you do it.
I've lived in really small spaces, a 340 sq ft studio rental apartment, or a 580 sq ft condo that I owned. But, after a week in our toyhauler, I'm ready to get back into the bricks and sticks.
