Thinking about diving into a Toy Hauler for FT living

A regular 4wd HD truck, particularly the Ram and Ford, would have high clearance and do pretty well offraod as long as you run decent tires. Not too many toy haulers would work behind an SUV or Raptor. You might also check out a Power Wagon. If you're living in it full time I'm not too sure an ultralight type of toy hauler would hold up to well.
