I'm thinking I don't really need a ramp for loading bicycles, just indoor place to store so maybe TT w space for bikes tools while still having eating area and sitting area besides bed and of course sink toilter shower
If you are getting away from the TH idea, many bumper pull trailers out there to meet your needs. Jayco used to have an option called the Maxi-Door, (I think) I had that on my prior BHS32 and it was great for stuffing things in that I didn't want to drag thru the main living area. New or used, you do want the insulation package for 4 season use. One thing to keep in mind that most TH come with generators, and the black, grey and fresh water tanks are larger. My TH is a 27' and I tow with a 3500 SRW. Loaded with the HD and stuff for a week, runs right up to the max for my truck GCVW.
