JMO, but it looks like you'd be hard pressed to put much gear in that trailer and have any room to move around. I would not want to store high end bikes outside. And living inside for a couple months would lead to some serious cabin fever. It would for me anyway. Don't forget about those rainy/snowy cold days when it's too nasty to be outside for any length of time.
That truck "looks" nice but doesn't seem to be the best choice for what you want to do with it: pull a fair sized trailer, and load it with people, motorcycle/s, and bikes. With only a 1,000 lbs. of payload, a couple people and a couple bikes will pretty much load that near to capacity. I think the advice about a 3/4 ton truck make more sense.
