When we were looking to get a larger 5er we were looking at HH Champagne's, CarriLite's and Mobile Suites.
There were no Champagne's and ugly CarriLites available so we ended up with the MS and are happy but the Champagnes are very nice and as you said "no plans on selling it" is why there are very few for sale.
My folks have had a 96 Premier since new and it has been very trouble free.
You can't go wrong with a NuWa HH!
