Thanks for all the comments so far.
(1) I agree it could be a practical thing for family and in a bunkhouse arrangement.
(2) I've also noticed that these tables never seem to be very stable -- not sure if they are installed correctly or thats just the way they are.
(3) Also wondered if getting in and out would be easy or practical.
(4) I've also got a history of lower back problems, so my ability to deal with an uncomfortable sofa is limited. That said I have nice leather sofa at home thats real nice for sitting in.
