If you are parking these items on the street or front yard, you may consider moving them to a secured storage space.
In our area there are what we call periodic door knockers that check for unlocked vehicles overnight to take personal items. I am always amazed how people will think nothing of parking a $50,000+ vehicle on the street because the garage is filled with $500 worth of junk. No damage to the vehicles, just the stuff is gone in the morning.
