TIre pressure during towing vs not towing

In the winter. I reduce the tire pressure to 60 on all four wheels. When the temp drops below 36 the tires do don't flex and truck ride likes a log wagon without the TPS reduction. In addition when there is 6 plus inches of snow on the roads I can get around. However when I tow and the rest of the year I set mine tires at 65 front and 80 rear.
