Tire problems in Texarkana area . outside wear issues

Parked overnight in North Texas - heading north. One of our RV (5th. wheel) tires has excessive wear on the outside areas only. The tire looks sort of 'round' shaped. The inside thread parts looks ...

He said outside areas not area. So I assume both inside and outside edge, which would indicate low inflation or ply separations on both edges.

As normal not a great amount of information from the OP!
