Tire problems in Texarkana area . outside wear issues

Parked overnight in North Texas - heading north. One of our RV (5th. wheel) tires has excessive wear on the outside areas only. The tire looks sort of 'round' shaped. The inside thread parts looks ...

If tire has the tread wear on the outside edges, both edges with good tread in the middle, which is what your post says, then that tire was run with low air pressure.
