Tire problems in Texarkana area . outside wear issues

Parked overnight in North Texas - heading north. One of our RV (5th. wheel) tires has excessive wear on the outside areas only. The tire looks sort of 'round' shaped. The inside thread parts looks ...

Sounds just like my OEM ST tires (twice). Switched to LT's problem went away.
Ply separation is my guess as I think OP is wise enough to keep the tires at full inflation rates.
