Tire problems in Texarkana area . outside wear issues

Parked overnight in North Texas - heading north. One of our RV (5th. wheel) tires has excessive wear on the outside areas only. The tire looks sort of 'round' shaped. The inside thread parts looks ...

According to replies and the pics (drawings, etc.) under inflation seems to be the reason for excessive wear!! Made it home to Canada - safe and sound with the spare tire - looking good. Tkx. all for suggestion(s) and recommendations. bb
