Is there anyone that has any real info on tire psi. I have talked with people I bought the tires from and looked on internet and still don't know the right answer . My sidewalls on truck and 5th wheel...

110 is the cold tire pressure. That means, they've already taken hot air expansion into effect. Yes, it will be higher than 110 when they warm up. That's fine.
110 psi is a fine pressure to run but may be higher than necessary resulting in a harsher ride than necessary. If you weigh the axles and look at the tire manufacture's load inflation table you may find a significantly lower pressure is sufficient for your weights.
