Should you rotate tires on a 5th/W and at what mileage should it be done?

Have never rotated. Something over 22,000 miles on current tires and no detectable wear difference in any of them. Since there is no steer axle, and the axles are only about 4' apart, the wear pattern should be about the same across all tires on a trailer.
