I rotate my TT tires once a year when I do my annual wheel inspection. We average 4-6 thousand miles per camping season.
I rotate ours because I have never had a trail where the four wheels were in perfect alignment. Plus road crowns, and shoulder debris and roughness can cause uneven tire wear. That way I get all tires to wear equally and 5-6 years of service from a set of tires.
If I ever had severe abnormal tire wear I would determine cause and get the issue corrected. Never had that problem yet.
Everyone has their own theory whether to rotate trailer tires or not and how often. :@
