I think you already know the answer to that. You ran them low on inflation, curbed them, hit road debris, exceeded 65MPH, did not store them correctly, had a suspension failure that lead to a tire failure, vandalism, etc etc.
Nope (not even in storage), nope, nope, nope, always covered, nope, nope.
