TIRE TIME!
Time to replace the 4 tires on out fiver as they ar 6 years old... We have the Goodyear Marathon G614 tires LT235/85R16 "G" and have had no problems with them... The place I go for tires is main...

"handsome51" - Michelin has tire mfg plants in China.....as well as numerous other countries. (Of course, that includes the USA)
Other than supporting USA workers - there is no reason to infer or suggest a Michelin tire mfg plant in China is substandard or inferior as compared to one mfg in any other Michelin facility.
The Chinese are quite capable of mfg tires to the desired/required specs - which includes ST tires.
ST tires have a deservedly bad/poor rep - no matter where they were manufactured - especially for 5th wheel usage.
That bad rep applied to GY Marathons - long *before* GY moved ST production to offshore facilities (China).
The choices suggested in lieu of GY G rated tires are viable (good) brand options for the OP.
Searches of forums with lots of folks towing heavy trailers (ex: Escapees HDT & MDT forums) will yield first hand experiences and the personal pro and con as applied to G614.
No, the complaints/problems did *not* end - a few years back.
It's just like the Marathons - there *are* lots of satisfied users of each!
