- kennethwoosterExplorerI've had very good look with Maxxis. Trailers and pickups. Most were LTs
- Dave2001ExplorerMy 5r came with Load Range E Maxxis on it. I just purchased it last fall with the original tires on it and I noticed some cracks starting. The date codes were from 2004. I knew spring would be the time to replace them so I purchased new ones. They have three plies in the sidewall and tow really well. They were $150 a piece, much less than the Michelin XPS Ribs, or the Bridgestone Duravis R250's. They are not available everywhere so you might have to search for them. I've got several hundred miles on them so far and have had no problems with them. I did get them balanced.
- azjeffhExplorerMy experience is they don't hold up well in Arizona but do elsewhere.
I got a combined ~44 months out of one set of 15" LRDs and 15" LREs.
