I have original bridgestones with cracks in the side. I am upgrading to Michelin Defender ltx. heard they are pretty good. I also have tire covers to put on when I don't drive truck. Mostly only three weeks of the year for camping fun. 2009 with just under 30,000 on tires. I want to be safe also that's why I am getting new ones. Michelin is offering 70 bucks back on 4 for first two weeks of May at Discount Tire...fyi
