Yes, that's scary. You don't know whether to hang back and hopefully avoid the accident debris or get around him and as far away as possible!

A few years ago we were north bound on I-15 in Montana, just coming out of a section with lots of canyons/hills into an open area. There was a transition there from not a lot of cross-winds, to very strong strong-winds.
Just ahead of a truck pulling a camp trailer pulling a boat had wrecked just as we got there.
The trailer was nose up on the jersey-barrier, just about straight up.
The truck and trailer were on their sides
