Hey all you smarter than me guys out there. The ball rotating valve on my toilet will not close all the way. Is there a way to lube, or repair this part. Thanks in advance.

I use plumbers grease as lube when mine gets sticky. It is available in small tubes at hardware or home supply stores. Use your finger to rub it on the rubber seal.
