Toilet
Hey all you smarter than me guys out there. The ball rotating valve on my toilet will not close all the way. Is there a way to lube, or repair this part. Thanks in advance.

As suggested, I applied Plumbers Grease with a Q tip to the ball and seal. Viola, closes fine now. I previously replaced the entire assembly twice, only to start seizing up again.
