Tool box in a long bed?
If I have a tool box or equivalent that is significantly higher than the bed rails right behind the cab of my long bed, will it cause turning issues with the trailer nose?

Depends on how high, clearance and how sharp you want to turn.
With a long bed, it's often not a big deal unless you want to turn really sharp.
If you already have the truck and trailer, not hard to simply hook up and slowly turn until you see where the limit is.
