Dawn Dishwashing liquid. Nice and soapy, let it set for a few minutes. Soft brush. If that does not take them off, a shot of WD-40 followed by a soft cloth. Comes right off. Test a small area on your camper first. No need to spray the entire front with WD-40 and then have to clean off the mess if it does not work.
After spraying with WD-40, follow up with another bath wih Dawn to get the WD-40 all off. Then wax again.
