My opinion is that there should be no such thing as a 1 ton srw. Thier tires are the same so thier contact point with the road is the same as a 3/4 ton. JMHO.
Not far off on point there! With the 'advertised' weight rating on the 1/2 tons, basically with a 3/4 ton truck these days, you are getting a 1/2 ton with a diesel engine!(if so desired)...kidding guys, we all know the 2500s can CARRY more. Just playing with you, but really not that far off on numbers.
