As stated previously a 2013 or newer Ram 3500 DRW with Aisin transmission and 4.10 rear end is well within it's tow ratings for that trailer. I believe they are rated for 31k lbs IIRC.
My truck has the G56 manual transmission so it is rated to tow less on paper but I tow 16k lbs with it and would not be afraid at all to go considerably heavier with it. It handles our 5er with ease in all conditions.
