Towing capacities aren't realistic, completely unachievable

New to this forum, but looking for advice. My truck is a 2014 F350 SRW. Stated fifth wheel capacity is 15,900. I'm looking to buy a 39 foot 5er that weighs in at 14,400 with a pin weight of 2900. ...

And to add... our 2015 Redwood 38RL -
dry weight - 14,150#
Pin weight - 2,478#
GVW - 16,500#
Carrying Capacity - 2,828#
Exterior Length - 41'5"

*** and basically ALL the numbers above are pretty much meaningless . . . The closest was the GVW and the carrying capacity, and they changed when I ripped off the 7K axles and buggy springs, and added the 8K IS
