Towing in Freezing Weather
Does anyone tow with the furnace on when its below zero?
I've run with the A/C on when super hot and with fridge running too. Never, so far, with the furnace on. I'm thinking if I could do it it would help keep my rig from freezing up. Naturally I'd shut it down if I stopped for gas (which I wouldn't be on this trip).
My underbelly is enclosed and I've got tank heaters, but the sewer lines are exposed under the underbelly....but its got valve heaters. Stupid design IMHO.
Alternatively, I could blow out the water and put antifreeze in the traps and tow it dry.
Thanks.
