Towing with Auto vs. Manual opinions. Looking for a TV

Not sure if Ford or GM dropped manuals first. I don't think that Ford has offered a manual in a HD pickup for a couple of years.
New your only choice is a detuned RAM/Cummins 6.7 at 350/650. I really think the issues is the manufactures don't want to put a real clutch in a HD pickup.
If they offered that 6 speed with a double disk clutch that will hold the power of a 350/850 6.7 diesel.
