Towing with Full Water Tank?
Okay I realize that towing with a full tank of water adds a lot of weight. My Cougar has a 60 gallon fresh water tank. I have it at home and am planning on camping Memorial Day Weekend at a State Park...

In response to the last note, maybe the load you have is over the limits for the tow vehicle or you are overloaded to begin with. As far as we are concerned, we travel with full tanks all the time, been doing it for over 15 years. I am not concerned about the loss of fuel mileage as the inconvenience is far worse than the little bit of fuel cost. Beside, like most others said, we bought a travel trailer to travel with, so travel with it, enjoy your time and don't spend it away filling up etc. Good Luck & Be Safe ! ! !
