Towing with Full Water Tank?
Okay I realize that towing with a full tank of water adds a lot of weight. My Cougar has a 60 gallon fresh water tank. I have it at home and am planning on camping Memorial Day Weekend at a State Park...

In the 11 years I have been RV ing we have never traveled with a full water tank! We put about 10 gallons for washing and flushing, thats is all we need. I will say that we almost never dry camp, I think we did that 2 times in 11 years, so perhaps that is where I am coming from. To me why add all that extra weight when you can always get water somewhere where you are going? Also for drinking and cooking we carry a case of bottled water, tastes better, and even dry camping you can find a store that carrys that!
