It really depends on the specific truck you get but going with a SRW 3500 I assume 4x4 and loaded means you are limited to around 14k TH GVWR. With your TH required specifications you are really going to push the limits if it can even be done.
Based on TH description you need a dually for the weight you are going to be carrying (notice I didn't say towing) but you might find a combination that will work. With a SRW truck you will run out of payload/GVWR/Axle Rating before you ever get close to manufactures tow rating.
