I have been cleaning our hauler this weekend, ours is aluminum sides, with aluminum diamond plate skirts, including rock panel in the front. I bought Diamond Brite polish at Lowe's, and buffed it out with my orbital buffer, easy and came out great. Second TIP. We all have plastic pieces, like the moulding around the door window and spot light buckets, they turn yellow. Easy to fix. Magic eraser pads soaked in plain water turns them white again and it's easy.There, two easy tips to keep your investment looking new.

I will take a look at the Diamond Brite. Do you have decals? What, if anything, did you use on those?

Another tip,Unlike most of our friends, our hauler is aluminum sided, not gel coat. Aluminum sided haulers are painted surface. They don't oxidize as much as gel coat smooth sided haulers. To clean ours I use Dawn Ultra, and it works great, bright white afterwards, easy on the decals too. Safe enough to use on oil soaked wild life.Easy on me washing it, keeps it's suds up too.

Used dryer sheets and a water hose are still the best thing ever for cleaning off bugs off the front of your RV.

It will probably turn yellow again in time.

My permanent solution was to remove the trim pieces and paint them with Krylon Fusion white spray paint.

I use a telescopic brush, wash and wax solution from the box store, my hose and nozzle, flip flops and swim trunks.

Sometimes I get on the roof and use the brush with some roof cleaner.

It does, we are in the desert. The magic eraser is a simple fix outside of painting. The sun eats everything up here, it ruined the awning after 11 years, we just replaced it. Tires must be covered too.
