I've got 16'9" to first cabinet in my WW FSW 3200... but its a bumper pull.
Many many WW 5th's are open floor plan with 16'+ of garage...
Its not uncommon to get a very good price on an older 07-09 WW, and have enough money left over for a frame upgrade if needed/wanted.
I had no problems with my frame/walls/etc... but did the frame upgrade for peace of mind. Many different TH manufactures from that era use the Lippert frames, many have had problems, as did WW on some units.
IMO, Buy accordingly, I'd plan on 2500-$5000 depending on exactly whats needed for the frame upgrade. If you don't need it or want it, all the better. I used Scal RV Doctor for my frame upgrade.
I believe this 2007 WEEKEND WARRIOR SLC 3905 has similar or more garage space than mine (18'?). It seems to be priced low, and has many nice options, like a new set of Michelin Ribs, so probably won't last long if its in good shape like the pics show. Never know, maybe the frames already been done...?
