Depending how big you want to go, I can't see going wrong with most of the modern toy haulers. I'm partial to the Grand Design Momentum line. Self contained gas genny for power and 11'-12' garages.
You could even take out one, or both, of the couches in the back for your plane racks. Craft them so you could remove / add the couches back if necessary.
