Your truck and camper or a class C or class A are the most practical towing and launching a boat.
I am suggesting or exploring that. We have another boat that would be too big for that to be reasonable. But, a 16-17' aluminum boat with a 25-50h outboard would be much lighter and narrower than our other boat.
Maybe it's not reasonable. I'm just in the exploring phase.
