I race sportbikes also and we decided on a Keystone Energy 280 which is a 33' TT without a separate garage. Similar truck with an 2003 F250 crewcab diesel. TT is around 10k loaded and pulls comfortably
I felt the 30' trailers with separate garages offered too small of a garage and too small of a seating area. when we head to the races it's only the wife and I staying in the trailer and our bedroom is in the front of the trailer so it is separate from the garage area. We do often have visitors though which is why I like having the extra seating when the moto is outside. My future plans are for a spare bike and a golf cart to cruise around in so a 10' garage won't cut it. Still use my 8x12 easy up in my pit rather than the awning just so I don't have to worry about it.
