When you pull the plug out the whole panel wobbles about. Not really very solid at all.
Add a backing plate from inside wall that will make the plug receptacle supported by more than the thin exterior skin. Pull the existing mounting hardware and use longer hardware through the same holes clamping down to the new backing plate.
BTW: If the screws ever loosen on the exterior skin don't try finding a 8-point Torx bit. They are designed to fit standard square drive bits.
