One that I found yesterday that looks really promising is the Keystone Outback Ultra Lite 240URS.
Dry Weight - 4935
Hitch Weight - 510
The full size pops backwards, so the length will be shorter than a normal toy hauler with a full garage and bed.
Figure the dry weight is a bit off, so with about 750 lbs worth of gear inside, we're looking at about 6000# wet. The hitch weight on this one is also pretty low because it has the garage in the front. Only thing is... it's a bit pricy.
