Just a couple of item to look at:
Looking at a couple of websites the Gross weight on that trailer is around 11,000#. 10% is 1,100# tongue and 15% is a 1,650# tongue weight.
Ford tow ratings
Towing at 70 mph? The tires that come standard on most trailers are only rated for 65 mph max.
Sorry to say but based on what you have said and looking at the numbers, you need a smaller trailer or a bigger truck.
