Toy Hauler with kids question

Still looking at all brands. With the Florida heat (or any other state with heat) is anyone using the garage and loft for a sleeping area? Since all of the brands with three A/C's are limited to running two at a time, is anyone having luck in hot conditions cooling both areas to allow kids to sleep there? I guess my point is what good is the loft if you can only cool two sections at a time? Keystone seems to be the only brand using two A/C's. Thanks

With 50amps you could run three AC's at one time.

Agreed, I do this all the time.

As long as you have a power management system that will shut one off if your water heater or something else that is hard on power kicks on you should be good to go.
  • When we had our Cyclone, we had 8 people sleep in it one time during the middle of summer at a race. We ran both ACs up front, left the garage door open, and placed two small floor fans in the living room facing toward the garage. The people sleeping in the garage said at times, they got too cold.
