Toy Haulers with garage under 10'6" with made up bed.

I'm looking to buy a new or used Toy Hauler with these stipulations: Half Ton Towable, Made up Bed. ( What I mean here is.... a bed that you don't have to fold down or put the table down to sleep in...

I would take a picture of this sticker but the truck isn't even built yet. The Max tow package with the 6.2 Liter isn't available to even order until January. My order is at the Dealer but that combination isn't available yet for the dealer to even submit the order.
