Toy Haulers with garage under 10'6" with made up bed.

I'm looking to buy a new or used Toy Hauler with these stipulations: Half Ton Towable, Made up Bed. ( What I mean here is.... a bed that you don't have to fold down or put the table down to sleep in...

Pretty sure the trucks payload rating includes a full tank and 150 lbs. For the driver.
