Toyota tumdra owners
I am looking for any tundra owners who have 5th wheel campers. Im not looking for or to start debates with the weight police. I am looking for experiences good or bad. Thanks

I had a 2007 5.7L Tundra and pulled a TT, not a 5th wheel. But, my experience towing with the Tundra was OK, just OK. The engine was fine but the suspension and brakes were terrible. I went through brake pads and rotors often even while using the transmission for downhills. It was just too light of a truck to really have a comfortable towing experience. Yes, you can do it, but it will be hard on the truck. After I switched to a one ton diesel I learned to enjoy towing now! If possible, do yourself a favor and think about upgrading to a truck that will allow you to enjoy the towing. You also will not be limited on trailer, if you decide later to go bigger (which many people do)
