I need some info about TPMS.What is better the flow thru sensors or the sensors you have to remove to add air to your tires?What brand is better than others?Thanks!

Be aware that pass-through sensors are much larger and heavier than standard sensors and you still have to have a valve cap. There is no difference removing a sensor to removing a valve cap so, in my opinion, pass-through sensors provide no benefit whatsoever.
